Rianne is the Commercial Director & Co-Owner of Oracle Solutions Asbestos, which was formed in 2008 from her dining room & 3-month-old baby! Fast forwarding 15yrs the company continues to go from strength to strength and employs over 50 people & turning over £6million…..

Originally from Grimsby, Rianne traded her northern routes for Northamptonshire back in 2003 & made the move to pastures new. Opening the London office in 2021, this gave her a perfect base to progress the networking career she so clearly loves.

In September 2022 Rianne was awarded Female Business Owner in Construction of The Year by the Design & Build UK Awards.

Rianne is a Supreme Networker & is known to know ‘Everyone’ bringing enthusiasm to any networking event & not being shy to introduce people.

She is continually at the forefront generating new business, representing the company at face to face meetings, presentations, exhibitions, networking events both nationally and internationally. Rianne has also been approached to arrange events for some of the big boys in the industry, CBRE  & REXEL to name a couple.

Rianne also co-hosts a number of her own events, which are highly sought after & very well attended. NC Networking was formed by a group of people at the beginning of lockdown, and has continued to grow and takes place on the last Thurs of the month at Balls Brothers in Austin Friars, London. She also co-hosts 'No Gold No Diamonds' event with two other extremely well-connected individuals David Hill-Souch and Nikki Shaw. This event is on the 1st Tue of the month in Farringdon.

Taking her love of London a step further in Dec 2021, Rianne joined one of the London Liveries, The Worshipful Company of Constructors, from Freeman to Liveryman in one year is truly something to be proud of and a great achievement. She sits on two committees in the Company and is held if good regard as someone who will get things done.

In September 2022 Rianne was approached by the Forum for the Built Environment (FBE) to join their London committee and help assist promote their events and become more involved. Lots of great events are planned for 2023 and she is looking forward to getting more involved.

Rianne is very loyal, with lots of enthusiasm, affectionately known as ‘The Queen of Linkedin’
